Great we need a goal and have three centre backs on. That makes sense.

Hit the **** target you useless ****. It's **** massive, really. I can hit a 6'^2 lacrosse goal from 20 yards at almost 80mph, you lot can't hit 196'^2 of goal from 8 **** yards. And all for the bargainous price of fifty grand a year.

Every week I think this is the week we turn our season around, but we just can't do it. We are shite and I can see no other outcome than we are going down.

Come on there is no luck. Poke's cock up has lost us this one - Wilkinson over bar from 8 yards. I am seriously so hacked off I am thinking of never going to another football match.

The thing is, is we'd have been as "good" as it seems we have been today against Cobblers and as bad as we were against Cobblers against this lot, then we'd have three points more than we've got now and, crucially, our relegation rivals would have three less. We're very shit against shit teams and we're slightly less shit against good teams. Swap that round and we'd be mid-table.

It's not the fact that we've lost today (we were always going to, realistically), it's the manner of the defeat. We've capitulated in the face of a side who posed no threat. We've done our best to hand the match to the opposition. For the 5,000,000th week in a row, we've lost without really being any less good than the opposition.
