More likely movements in before either or both Tuesday's match v St Albans and Saturday's v Concord.
I guess what Johnson is really hoping is that all (or most) of Hall, Andrews and Edwards are available.
By the way how long does it take to adjudicate a red card appeal for Nabi?
My question has been answered: Nabi's appeal failed; he gets his one match ban.

Thigh strain for Edwards so unlikely to be fit I would say.

Hall had a ligament injury to knee and had an MRI scan - doubt that he will have recovered either but who knows.

How on earth did Nabi's appeal not get overturned. What a complete and utter joke.

It seems that Bawling has now moved to Oxford on a permanent deal so with Wright/Regis gone that's 3 off the wage bill so I guess that there will be some scope for new signings.

agreed that we should now have room for players to come in but where are they? Johnson has known now for 2 weeks we have injuries and players on the way out, i thought atleast a loan for defense or midfield, slightly concerning

Agree it's a joke but how often do you see these appeals succeed ? Very very rarely, they don't like to undermine the referee even when they are clearly sub standard

According to the groundsman the amount of rainfall is no problem. Drainage must be working.

Credit where credit’s due, I’m pretty sure this game would have been called off last season with all the rain we have had over the last 24 hours.

The much needed investment in the pitch over the summer has probably saved this game from having to be replayed in the midweek when we could easily have lost 500 or more on the gate!
