Anyhoo, enough off this dual pontificating, if & if it really is an if, Ms Hayman has been underhand with her actions surely she should be outed in public , or is there an element of true doubt with what she is being accused of ?
Why the big secrecy here ? Mr Osbornes business protocols have been intimately plastered all over this & other forums ( apart from the local press ) without one thought of litigating actions being brought upon the messengers.

So it sounds as if Ms Hayman is not well thought of by a couple on his forum ! I don't know myself, the name rings a bell, but that's as far as it goes with my knowledge of her.
It would be interesting to hear all opinions of her appointment ?

One of the issues the last board inherited was a part-time Finance Manager on a full-time wage(and a very good salary at that).

To be fair ...I think she is a nice genuine person and I personally have nothing but respect for her..she is also a huge fan like her dad ...so I wish her well....
