Sendles-White in for Evans - that's a downside.

Sounds like we were a country mile off the pace today but nonetheless, another 3 points it is!

Grinding out results like this is a sign of true champions. Another win new years day and its a record broken!!

A country mile off the pace!! are you actually for real?

Sounded like we controlled the game and a late goal gave them a bit of hope at the end.

That's the third game in a row that we have won on heavy pitches with precious little of anything on the bench. Today we were missing Dickson, Edwards, Keating and Evans.

Put those 4 into the squad and things look entirely different. The return of a fresh Evans and Keating on New Years Day is going to make a massive difference.

Crowd given as 3071. Didn't think there were quite that many myself but another great effort by the yellow army nonetheless.

We were holding on a bit at the end, players looking a little bit jaded. Our keeper made a good save to stop it becoming 2-2. The goal for 3-1 judged to be offside looked fine from where I was but it was over in a flash so every chance it was offside. They got it in the net for 2-2 but fouled the keeper.

Over the course of the game though we were far superior, especially in the first half. We just need to be a little more clinical and also sometimes the final pass isn't optimum. Still, as pointed out, a few players missing and it has been a heavy fixture load so to get the win is the most important thing. Onwards we go!
