Part of me wants to go, but the other part of me thinks it'd be stupid to during the exam period. If it was closer...

I'll be going with my mate Pete - having not missed any game home or away this season.

Not quite sure if it's my Qashqai or Christine's Honda.

See you all there

Surely we will not draw again. I live in hope

I'll be driving the 15 miles or so from my home in Spireiteland. Nearest game for me bar Chesterfield. Used to work near the Don Valley and Sheffield itself and it is a real dump. The ground is like some archaic eastern bloc athletics/footy stadium. The players are that far away that its actually like real life ProEvo 6 only on distantcam!! The pitch is shit and you cannot hear any chanting as the noise just disspates into the grimy industrial sky. Apart from that its great. I'll be there!!

What a delightful picture you paint Andy. Even if I'd not been there before, I'd know exactly what sort of God forsaken dump the DV 'stadium' is.

Matt.

Apparently Rotherham are moving into a new stadium for next season and it is just across the road from the old millmoor near the town centre according to my mate who lives in parkgate. Be a damn sight better than the DVS should we not get out of l2 this season.

I wouldn't have thought it would be that many Parry. Probably the usual contingent from the northern based Gulls plus a healthy following from devonshire and southern areas. Estimate around 400 - 500. If 800 were there it would be great though.

Wish I had the money. Sing loud for me too, all that are going!

At least I've convinced a Blades fan friend of mine (from Sheffield) to nip across the M1 to see a prospective side for next season, poor bloke! :-/

COYY!

Cheers

Got my train tickets booked. :) Now all I have to do is find my binoculars!!!

Is it pay on the gate or do I have to buy tickets from the ticket office? The only info I can find from the club is cost of entry.

Surely it'll be just pay on the gate? It's a dead game for Rotherham.

Cheers

I know of at least twenty going by various means from Torbay. Some are going Friday coming back Sunday, others leaving early Saturday. Breakfasting in Morrisons at Tewkesbury on Saturday about 9am. Time for a few pints before the game somewhere near the ground, assuming traffic allows! Will be a long day, let's hope it's worth it!!

Undecided, but the thought of watching a couple of hundred metres behind a running track in a non atmosphere athletics ground isn't appealing.
