Looks doubtful Brucie on the way he is going about things. If i were a Swindon fan i would be very concerned about the appointment of Di Canio, i've just got a bad feeling about him. Italian managers that had no prior experience of managing in England or managing full stop such as Zola and Di Matteo ended up doing ok but Di Canio is a bit of a hothead and passionate and may well be arguments between him and players when they can't do what he wants them to.
On the subject of our spending budget, i think to have spent nothing and to convince most of the signings (who i am impressed with) to come to Devon then Martin Ling has done a bloody fine job thus far and i am buzzing now for the kick off in two weeks.
