I dont agree with Gashead1979 as Rene Howe playing for us was playing in a very poor attacking side who to be fair to him didnt exactly create many chances.Remembering as well that this is a League lower than we were playing last year and I think he could do very well. As regards Harrold he has looked very good in our pre season friendlies he has played in.Very strong but not a goalscorer. I dont really see us having atwenty odd goal striker this season but see quite a few players scoring over 10 goals.if we do have that player then I feel it will be McGleish. Roll on saturday,cant wait to be in the Wimbledon ground soaking up the pre match atmosphere. Just hope I will be as happy after!!!.

Please can we not let this thread decent to the point it has to be moved to the banter board,i think Howe has looked very good in pre-season,scored some very good goals,and coupled with Lingy's comments on getting his weight down can see him getting 15-18 goals this term,which will do us just fine.

Can't wait to see Bevan s**t himself when Howe goes up to challenge him in the air..

Not if he signs a new contact in September. If we can get this in place then we should get decent money for him.
