I think this one's going to be a real test of character for our lads. If we can keep our cool, I'm going for a 2-0 win, Kee and Ellis to score. We're certainly going to miss Zebs, but that's football.

I really hope recent initiatives boost attendance and give newcomers a taste for the Plainmoor experience.

I'd been struggling to work out how best to fit Manse, Oastler and Wroe into the side, but with Branno and Charnock injured the defense is almost picking itself so I agree with your line up at the back.

However, I'd be inclined to go with Stevens and Hemmings on the wings. We're playing the bottom club, might as well really go for them with pace. And if all goes well, we can bring O'Kane on later on for a bit of craft and guile.

Definately start with Kee up front, liked what I saw last week at Mansfield.

With all our chopping and changing, coupled with this being the first game (that I can think of) where the weather is going to be terrible and the pitch a little suspect, I can see Barnet nicking a point.
1-1, TUFC to dominate the match totally, a terrible refereeing decision to give Barnet the lead, TUFC to pull it back, but Barnet to hold out for the draw.

Matt.

Bucks kept going on about the weather being awful for the game as well. Yet all the weather forecasts I have seen have said bright sunshine and light winds all day long! :?

Weather will not be an excuse for either a poor performance or a low attendance.

It will be perfect for good flowing football so let's try and give them a lathering!

Jezza,

Thanks for that. In fairness, I have not checked the weather forecast, I just assumed that it would be terrible weather because it has been all week.

I'm not sure it's a pre-emotive excuse for losing or poor performance, just a heads up that the football played may be of a less flowing and pure nature because of the wind or underfoot conditions. He's already changed his plans based on the foot long grass at Crewe.

gotta hope for a win by more than two goals here, going 3-0 and 4-1, usual suspects to score benyon, kee, o'kane

a disappointing crowd, people will play their "too close to xmas" card and it'll be around 2050

Can see the attendance being up on last time, with all these deals. Although that'll depend on how well they were publicised..

This is a game that we should win, I think Barnet will try to grab the early goal and try to park the bus as they say.

Going to go for an ugly 2-1 win, Benyon double

Crowd a slightly improved 2,400

Covering an afternoon shift at work today so hoping for a Gulls win!!!

Very small and lightweight outside of the defence. Will need to keep the ball on the floor.
