Oh, that's a shame, I thought those keepers were meant to be good.

Just the once Trojan although Fred was a professional by then. Somewhere around November 1969 a 3-0 win over Bath City at Plainmoor. I was substitute (in the days of only one sub) and as we were three up (Fred had scored 2) Don Mills risked putting me on with a couple of minutes to go. I only touched the ball once when I took a throw in. I didn't throw it to Fred so there ended our association!
To be fair to the then teenage Stefano, playing for TUFC Reserves in the Western League of the late 1960s was quite an achievement and would today be the equivalent of an 18 year old Stefano playing for a Ryman Premier League side such as Metropolitan Police.

Shulberg got released in march along with Aaron ibbetson leaving only connor Thompson who is covering for pokey who has pulled his thigh
From what I've heard we are looking at months rather than a couple of weeks for Pokey as well.

He's waiting to have a scan to reveal the full extent of the injury, but I'm not sure he will be ready for the start of the season. It is suspected to be a tear in his thigh.

Sh1t a brick. Not the best news this. A loan as cover perhaps?

Quick, someone get the groundsman to start watering the pitch! Although I reckon the football league might be suspicious if our first three home games in August were waterlogged...
If Pokey is going to be out for any length of time, then we'll need a loanee in to replace him. We can't afford to have Martin Rice and no backup to start the season.

if it's a tear then it's 6-8 weeks minimum usually. Meaning he'd have missed the entire pre season and almost certainly will need a couple of weeks to get up to speed afterwards.

Connor Thompson has been awarded a short term pro contract so I should imagine he will be the back up to ricey.

As others have said, if Pokey is missing for any period of time, we need a loanee to cover. Keeper is not a position you mess around with stop-gaps for more than a game or two.

When was this? He is on a youth contract until October- well that was back in May when I spoke to Robbie Herrera.

If there is a loan option for Moore, perhaps we could get him then?

He's pro contract will start in October when his youth contract expires this will take him upto the end of this season, as I posted its only a short term pro deal.

interview with Kieffer Moore about signing for Yeovil....had interest to join bigger clubs but chose Yeovil for the first team opportunities. Wise decision or should he have chosen a bigger club? I think right choice
