Wouldn't take too long to work out though teeboo. I'd imagine he'll be the cherry on top of the caketeeboo100 wrote:you lot are all horrible to me ime not gonna tell you who our new forward is now ime off to cry in the corner

Harrop will remain in charge of the youth, I had no doubting that.Richinns wrote:Great news he is getting an assistant along with Harrop remaining at the club

I think he's also going to be more involved with the first team than he was previouslyYellow4life wrote: Harrop will remain in charge of the youth, I had no doubting that.

So Hargreaves is going to be the new manager. I would have preffered him as number two to someone like Sturrock but will back him 100 %.
My worry is the assistant he is going to have, if its Mansell or Nicholson then that will be a disaster. Those guys have done terrific for us in the past but its time for a clean sweep here so interesting to see who.

Go on Teeboo, there may be some grumps on here, but i'm a fan of your rumour games! If it is Hargreaves coming back, then it would make sense if it were a cherry, as previously hinted, has he been here recently?
Worth watching this interview (not unlike a job interview in parts!) that Greavsie gave a couple of years back, before getting back into football with Bournemouth. I particularly like the bit around the 26 minute mark where he talks of the goal he scored at Barrow to drag us back and keep our Play Off challenge on track, seems he chose half time to stand up and deliver a few home truths ... not sure who he might have had a go at but it was Roscoe D'Sane's last ever game in a TUFC shirt!!! Like I said, in a previous post, I don't think we should ever underestimate the part he played in getting us back in the League.
If it helps Brooker then MT has just returned after a loan period with Rotherham!!

I was at that Barrow game, on a freezing April Tuesday evening. There was a librarian at Lancaster Uni library who was a Barrow fan, and picked me up from campus and dropped me back to Lancaster afterwards. Awful game, we were 1-0 down and Hargreaves was the sole reason we got a point. Think Beckham vs Greece in 2001, only with more hair.
