Joss Labadie
A firm 'flat bat' approach from the club to the allegations:

God-awful shitrag in "talking complete bollocks" shocker. Written by **** to appeal to ****. Anyone who even begins to think about believing anything that pile of shit produces should kill themselves immediately, to prevent further contamination of the gene pool. Now, if you'll excuse me, I really must go and fend off the hoards of Romanians who are attempting to steal my things and rape my wife.

Hi, Spireite here. Popped on to see what, if any, reaction there was to this on here so thought i'd give an update from our end.
Appears that during the game after the incident Banks told the ref what had happened but he didnt do anything and he also told the 4th official about it when coming off as he was subbed hence why it may have been mentioned in the refs report. SOmeone has posted the following video still on our board off the incident during a corner and its away from actual play so the ref wouldnt have seen it initially although the pic isnt the of the greatest clarity!

Banks was tweeting about it Saturday evening including the pic of the bite mark and then it came to light that armand gnanduillet had also been bitten hence his reaction during the game squaring up to someone and it carrying on in the tunnel post game.
Cook mentioned the incident was in the refs report during our AGM last night and the Daily Mail report was posted by a freelance journalist who does reports for the Mail alongside doing BBC Final Score, Radio etc who is based in Sheffield but has ties to Chesterfield and does do a lot of coverage for us. I noticed it had made the Metro paper as well but was just a rehashed version of the Mail report.
There does appear to be something in the claims but whether anything comes of it could be a different matter.

Now all over the place-Metro,Mirror; with Labadie named including speculation about how long he will be banned for,despite only being "allegations."
If you read the linked article in Richinns post above , you will see TUFC have had no contact from the F.A and that would have happened by now, so clearly not in the ref's report. My general view on this matter already given.

IF he did do it then he should rightly be banned but on that evidence and players testiomony against another then there is no chance.

Yeah, you can see it clear as day, it obviously shows Labadie doing a Dracula impersonation. :}

The other thing looking at that, the referees view is hardly obscured, even though the ref is looking at the group of players in front of the goal, Joss/Banks is in his field of vision, so he would have seen something as would the assistant, who actually would have a clear view of that. Where was this lad allegedly bitten , because Joss is standing behind him, facing Banks' back, Joss Labadie must have a rubber neck to have bitten him on his front side. B/S

So I guess we can look forward to the FA investigating Ravenhill for his career threatening foul on Bodin during the Northampton game? No, thought not. The FA hypocrites strike again.

No official saw anything, the video doesn't show anything, anaecdotal "I saw him do it" evidence from supporters/players/management will carry absolutely no weight.
Not saying he didn't do it (seems a bizarre thing to make up, but then, it seems an equally bizarre thing to do), more that, unless Ladderz confesses, there's no way he's getting done.
Matt.

Also, agree with GITP, **** Ravencunt wants banning for 1000 games for that 'tackle'. Typical filthy Northampton.
