I would never disagree with a name such as LESLAWRENCE'SAFRO! Personally I feel that we should give our all to this cup match. As an earlier contributor wrote I agree that taking this competition lightly (and with contempt) goes against the spirit not only of the game but competitive sport in general - one of the decent things in this world.
But if the beer and burgers are awful, it means a draw is lose lose lose lose lose.Neal wrote:I must be very odd lol,I'm really looking forward to Saturday. That's good news! - not just for the Trophy but our bench is getting stronger and stronger. Anyone who saw the game away at FGR will know how crucial the ability to bring on a couple of game changers can be.
Allen, Chaney, Gerring, Verma, Corderoy for the Welling game...add Wright and we have some serious options.

I like the idea of Corderoy starting to bring an end to this FAT run. See him in the warm up at Boredom Wood? He wasn't diving to save shots - just stuck out a leg and missed the ball. I hope he was just larking about.

Not to fussed about this game, however this F.A Trophy game has both pros and cons for us, win and there's some much needed income, also it would make it 4 straight wins in all competitions, winning is a good habit and habits can be hard to break.
On the flip side if the match goes to a replay or we get through, then of course the fixture backlog will only lengthen, happy with a win, wont cry if we lose.

Afternoon all,
I'm hoping we win this today, although I won't be overly disappointed if we get knocked out due to the fixture pile-up. We should never go into a match intending to lose it and Nicho should name his strongest XI of those eligible.
A win today and we're one round from Wembley! We've gone too far now to 'hope to get knocked out' and it represents a fantastic opportunity for our young squad and some useful cash.
