I think you're being very optimistic about both the scoreline and the attendance. I'm hoping for a win of course - maybe 1 -0 or 2 - 1 - but we shall be doing well if we reach the magic attendance figure of 1800. Sadly, the F.A. Cup is no longer the attraction it once was. The Premier League has seen to that. This is a very, very important game for both clubs because Woking have financial difficulties of their own. £12,500 would be a boost for either club.

On the Chester/Torquay thread, I forecast a 0 - 1 defeat for Whitby against Workington last Tuesday. I see you held out for a 1 - 1 draw. I'll forecast a 3 - 1 victory for the seasiders against Marine (where the hell do they come from ??) on Saturday - attendance 542 at the Turnbull Ground.
Marine FC is in the wealthy area of Crosby. Located just outside Liverpool on the coastal route towards southport.

We all know how important this game is to Torquay United, so lets start with plenty of positive vocal encouragement. Believe we can win and get our hands on the money !!!

I predict an emphatic 1- 0 win today whereby we will progress easily to the third round where we will easily beat Man U thus ending Jose's short reign, whereafter he will get part time work in his old trade of interpreter, although probably not at Barcelona.

I shall be going, definitely with my daughter and probably with two other members of the family.

I think we should win, we've generally played OK at home this season but we are nothing if not hard to predict.

A short spell of rain is forecast for mid-afternoon, maybe not much more than a shower. Not enough to affect the game, but it may put off a few waverers. Which would be a pity, because they will miss an exciting game, with the Gulls winning 3-1.
