I'm not even sure this is actually a joke, more a sentence which makes no sense, which, in fairness, is all we expect from Troj these days.

I can present mitigating factors, one of which is being on the pop (cider, not Popside) for the last two hours.

I think you'll find, in my court, being in drink is an aggravating factor.

I'm going to smash out a match thread now, I can only assume Nick has an interweb problem or something and is unable to fulfil his obligations.
