Up to six new players could be signed next week according to Herald Express today-including Benyon and Tonge.
Benyon offered a contract but other clubs interested as well.

Wouldn't pay any attention to that site it's full of made up rubbish! By way of an example (Simon) Heslop had already signed for Stevenage (from Oxford) a few weeks before that particular rumour was posted on there! :no:

haha! there's one rumour suggesting Taylor is going back to Exeter, as the manager, and his main aim was to replace Alan gow, who's moving to us! Some wild imaginations out there!

rumours site is throwing out all sorts of names, some of them I would be over the moon with! bencherif, akinde, anyinsah, Robertson, tonge, chappell (would have to pay, alot apparently). I would be happy if we signed any of those players, some of them are totally unrealistic though (bencherif). Site is also saying that we are losing rice to Exeter, I think that's just as unlikely as any of the others!
