I noticed the same thing Dave.

The chap that got sent off was certainly carrying a bit of timber!

They're certainly testing the reserves of the textile industry ;-)

Whats happened to Danny Stevens and Lloyd Macklin following their release at the end of the season?
Does anyone have any updates?

No news on lil' Danny but Lloyd Macklin has just signed for Skrill South side Farnborough ... so a drop of a couple of divisions for him. Was on their subs bench yesterday for their 2-0 win over Whitehawk, who had ex loanee Jake Robinson in their side.

Jake Robinson is in Skrill South? I never did rate him as much as some rose-tinted fans on this site but I still think he's above that level...

Can we please stop referring to everyone who doesn't think we're the worst team in the history of the game and have the worst players/fans/ground etc as 'rose-tinters'.

Robinson was a perfectly decent footballer at our level. No, he wasn't likely to provoke a bid from Arsenal or Real Madrid, but he knew where the goal was and he could beat a man. This is L2, that's all you can ask. Occasionally a special talent turns up but they don't stay long.

That said, he's not exactly setting the world alight at that level.

Matt.

Saah scored the second equaliser for Daggers tonight at Southend in the JPT. They lead 3-2.

40 minutes in and he's got two, winning then converting a penno.
