It’s beyond a joke, nearly 60 years of watching or listening to Utd I’m close to saying enough is enough
The team lower in confidence than us? You mean Scunthorpe? They came from 2-0 down to win 3-2!! They’ll be licking their lips at the thought of us coming up nextknightmaregull wrote: ↑24 Sep 2022, 16:26 Men against boys today. Result was inevitable and so it was always about the performance. Sounds like that's not been too bad and so the hope is that continues into next week, against one of the few teams lower in confidence than us!
Keep the faith, changing the manager will do nothing at this stage. We'd end up with a Hargreaves/ Todd equivalent and ditching Gary's experience would be lunacy in my opinion.

We are staying up,
I said we are staying up.
I said we are staying up.
We are going down I say we are going down
GJ does appear tired and weary!
Losing to the top team…..expected…but next result is of great consequence!

Not sure, but I remember traveling to Torquay to watch them lose 3-7 to Boreham Wood at Plainmoor. That was not so pleasant...

Yes I was at that match too and we were bloody awful - only Tyrone Marsh was any good, now starring at Boring Wood. Sounds like were lucky to get nil today.

Well that was a particularly uninspired post match interview ! Bringing out the usual c**p that “we matched them ......... blah blah blah “
Distinct lack of passion from GJ, and surely he can see that the squad is weak, poor and struggling , how many injuries are we carrying when Lapslie &Wyatt are both on the bench but not fit ! Where was our marque forward Corie Andrews ?
The next game could prove to have a toxic atmosphere at Plainmoor as Scunny have proven toe a bogey side for us ..... remember the 7-1 game and the last game of the season when we need to win to go up and lost .... Dave Caldwell fought like a Trojan that game !
So is it time for a change ? I don’t think so but maybe this will be forced upon the club if GJ walks away
On the plus side we did have a great time in NLS didn’t we ! Lol
