Top Man  This means many first class matchday reports

I've got 16 of those as definites for this year and I'll be working on the rest. Most of the northern ones remain as unattractive as a Barnsleygull for me :)

So you've been a fan since 2004 or earlier, but never been to Plainmoor!! :O[/quote]

I have been to Plainmoor on a few occasions but only when down on holiday and to buy stuff from the club shop. I haven't yet managed to coincide a game and a holiday yet but definately going to two home games at least this season and i'm very excited about the prospect. Obviously i would have liked to have seen a game at Plainmoor by now but it just hasn't happened. I'm not from the bay and have no friends in the area to go with, crash with so its just how its turned out. I believe i am not alone also as a few other members of the forum have also admitted to being gulls for a long time but have never been to Plainmoor.

I think most would say that the atmosphere at away games is generally better than at Plainmoor. I love that little ground but it can have a tendency to be a bit...quiet. Unless some old git behind you says "this is crap!" 27 seconds into the game...

bristol rovers is NOT a all ticket match for gas or torquey fans :engflag:

How can you say that when the game is over a month away and there are no tickets on sale yet?

Just found out that i have to look after my daughter for the weekend of the BR away game as my girlfriend has to work and i am more than gutted as i planned to go camping for the weekend with my Rotherham Miller mate, get hammered and watch the football and drama unfold. Instead i'll be watching Mr Tumble hanging out washing, getting baby shit on my hands and reading stories about talking animals. **** marvellous! Kids eh? Who'd av 'em?! This does mean though that we will be able to make the Daggers away game later that month so i just wanted to get you Gulls who have been before to Dagenham to give me some info such as best place to park, is it easy to get to, any trouble, places to get a beer and bite to eat and the whole experience of it. It would be most appreciated. I don't as a general rule go to away games in or around London but i'll make an exception for this one and give it a go. Cheers everyone.

I've got Bradford, Crewe, Port Vale and Accrington in my diary for before Christmas, particularly want to get the last 2 in as they'd be new grounds.

The Mrs has requested I cut down to 1 a month (technically 2 of the above are in the same month but the first isn't till 2 months into the season and the 4th is on my birthday) so Macclesfield-Morecambe-Rotherham over 4 weeks in the new year might take some negotiating, though that's about the end of the northern season unless I get down to Burton or Shrewsbury again.

Having said that, work could mean we'll be moving to Cardiff soon, in which case it's a long wait for Swindon and Hereford. Hopefully I can get home to the Bay over Christmas/New Year and take a few games in then too.

Oxford Utd
Plymouth (New ground for me)
Shrewsbury (they won't let drums in)
Southend (will be on the p!ss so no drumming)
