A new broom with guts and drive behind it will sweep clean.

Craig Stanley. Just been relegated with Aldershot. Might appreciate an offer...

Love this time of year, player speculation and all that.

Couple of interesting players released from Shrewsbury today - Marvin Morgan and Mark Wright amongst others. Would be happy to see both of them in yellow (and white).

This is why we need a manager now.

Always been a fan of his since he was on loan at Lincoln, could do a job for us no doubts.

Kernowgull wrote:Jarvis has to be offered a contract, and I'd offer Morris as well providing he's fully recovered. Get in Benyon and Yeoman, ditch Steven and Macklin and spend their wages on one more striker. Jarvo, Yeoman, Benners plus one other would give us great attacking options
Those attacking options would struggle to get 20 goals between them - probably less.

Last time Benyon was here, he had 15 by Christmas, and looks back to that standard over the last month. Jarvis will score goals if played correctly, and their workrate is phenomenal. Yeoman is a good forth option, and the plus one I mentioned will score 21 goals.

Mathieu Manset, ex-Hereford, released by his L1 club yesterday. Sign him immediately in a swap deal with Howe, no cash. He's bigger, stronger and better than Rene and would be a real asset to the club. He's also black (as you may remember I mentioned last time).

Matt.

Grimes is a great shout as is Craig Stanley. Surely a main priority would be a goalkeeper, Poke gone backwards since first spell.

Is it significant that Knill previously manged sides full of strapping 6 footers (danny been unsighted lately), and where will Chris Brass fit in if Taylor stays as the WMN reports?

3rd place in POTY vote? I would hardly call this a priority! Has done well this year IMO.

Overview thread stickied at the top. If someone does know what contracts Hutchings and Sullivan got and I have it wrong then please let me know! Cheers.

Poke is as good a keeper you're likely to get at this level. No need for goalkeeper reinforcements.
