Judicious use of substitutes could be the key to winning many vital points during the season, but please, CH, do not leave tactical substitutions until it's too late in the game for them to have any practical effect. Even the most brilliant sub usually needs a little time to settle into the game before he can work his magic..

Anyone know how we can listen to the game from overseas without Gullsplayer? I've got the proxy wotsit but it's saying on the RD website that commo is not online! However I listened to the Gateshead game........all very confusing!

Should be good to go if you get a UK based VPN although that may cost you little less than Gullsplayer I don't know
