Most of the posters on here really have no idea how to managed a football team. they just think they can. Only CH can do th job right now because he is the one in the hot seat. I suspect he sometimes wakes up in the night wondering why
While we are on the subject. I noticed under my name someone has named me caretaker manager, who was the idiot who thought i could do that job. lol at least i know what i can and cannot do.

Half time, don't know what to make of that, Steve Breed suggesting Welling shading it, we're losing the corner count 4.1, hoping for a better second half, got to win this one.

Welling definitely the better side first half, although it's not as though they have had any clear cut chances or sustained a period of pressure. It's all been half chances, and Seabright hasn't really been tested - and pleasingly his handling has been sound so far.

We look very poor in midfield, resorting to long ball far too often. Chappell looks to carry our biggest threat.

Awful game though, so little to cheer about and no atmosphere at all!

Welling have been playing uphill - yet we seem to have squandered that advantage by playing Bowman on his own up front. Thats quite bizarre really - they are a team of part timers yet again. We have already changed the formation.
No doubt playing downhill they will be all over us in the seconds half - I don't quite see why Pearce was dropped, he made an error for the first goal against Rovers but apart from that did well.
Cameron who has been out of the squad recently plays against Br and then is left out completely. Harding who was rubbish against Braintree was no doubt left out the squad against Br but lo and behold now starts.
O'Archie who played againts BR and would surely be a weapon off the bench today isn't even in the squad. Chapple who hasn't been in the squad at all starts today.
Bowman despite doing absolutely nothing against BR starts every game irrespective of how bad he plays
If Hargreaves has a plan then god knows what it is. Hopefully Richards and Ajala will replace Briscoe and Harding in the second half as I feel we will lose with what we have on the pitch at present.

4-1-4-1 Harding sat in front of the back 4 and Yoeman in midfield.

Sounds like we're all over them now. Should've scored at least three times. Actually scored zero times.

Thigh I think, Briscoe's gone up front with Bowman, and Richards on for Yoeman.
