Owers will stun us all with a tactical masterclass of positional formation by starting with a set up of --- 5-3-2. Some will say it will be a 3-5-2 but a close look at the Maidstone highlights will confirm its a 5-3-2. Why this formation - simple! With 2 wins in the last 15 games Owers thinks this formation is the way forward if we really are serious in overcoming the Metropolitan Police Football Team to became champions of Isthmian League in 2 seasons time.

It'll be interesting to know if Gowling is in the starting eleven after the shenanigans on the training ground.

They must be thiniking thank god Torquay are coming into town, We can finally rid ourselves of this terrible home run we are on....
Thank god for Torquay! No matter how bad a run you are on it will change when the we come into town.....
They will score there winner in the 75-85 minute...
If we lose can we assume even the most optimistic of us assume that it is all over?
Er ....... what have I missed? What shenanigans ?? Has Josh dared to tell Gary Owers what a cr*p manager he is? Come on, Dave - spill the beans!Southampton Gull wrote: ↑13 Mar 2018, 15:33 It'll be interesting to know if Gowling is in the starting eleven after the shenanigans on the training ground.

A shit player doesn't have 4 clubs vying for his services.

Disagree with the shit player bit. He is a cool, experienced head at the back and our defence always looks more solid with him in it. He is also a very intelligent player and to be honest I'd trust his opinion on tactics much more than Owers'
Idiot.

He's part of a squad who is adrift second bottom of the league. I'd say guilty by association but fair enough. I apologize to Gowling as it's just an off the cuff remark made out of frustration.
Fair play to him if he is putting it up to Owers for sure but then Gowling has to back that up with doing the business every game in which he plays.

Fair point Dave. I think all the squad have questions to answer about this season but i appreciate that there are some who may have contributed more than others. The end result is the same though.
