you can take the drum in, only you can't hit it so as to make any noise, and you can't stand up.
I've heard first hand from a red source that as long as the said red pikey can get the legs on his caravan welded, then a few overnight stops may be on.
Why he chose to pitch it in a pay as you go caravan park when any self respecting pikey just plonks it on Clennon Valley/Galmpton Common God only knows.
