And that completes the set. EVERY striker in the squad slammed as useless in. 4 pages. Great support.

When you are bottom of the football league constructive criticism is always welcome.

'He hasn't got a feckin clue'. Constructive. He probably knows he gets caught offside too often. So does Hernandez at Man Utd. When you play on the shoulder of the last defender it's going to be a hazard.

And I'm sure Northampton would be delighted to hear any suggestions you or others might have. Personally, I'm more interested in supporting the new management team at our club, wishing Shamir and Stockley the very best during their time with us, and hoping this new start will herald brighter things for one or both of our proven lower league goalscorers.

I don't think you would recognise "constructive criticism" if it took down your trousers and bit a great big chunk out of your backside.

Come the end of the season the 2 worst performing teams in the whole of the football league will be at the bottom of the league 2 table. Both these teams get relegated into the abyss. It's been this way for along time. Checkout the league table and don't think so literally.

There's not a fan that would want us to finish in that position, therefore we offer our opinions on websites such as these and in my case, get behind the team at kick off no matter what.

We are all HOPING that these new guys do well for us and discover that they are able perform at a higher level with the added responsibilities and increased pressures.

Fortune or folly, who knows.
COYY!

You're right, kevgull, there is little more we can do than hope our attackers find their shooting boots and can fire us to safety. My issue is how constructive a lot of this criticism really is. To write off players before they've kicked a ball for us, or under the new manager is truly foolish.

Bodin has looked twice the player in recent games, and Hawley worked tirelessly for his goal against Exeter after his penalty miss, despite being barracked from the Popside. Now more than ever we need to stop mocking and jeering, and back them. Hargreaves will surely bring more spirit and belief into the camp, we need to make sure we don't undermine his efforts from the terraces.

I presume Goodwin's signing completely rules out Marquis returning (assuming Marquis is over or soon to be over his injury). Was hoping now that Millwall have an ex-Torquay player as manager in Ian Holloway he might have done us a favour and let us have him back.
It will be hard to get another player who has so recently played so many first team Chamionship games already and is young and improving. Bit worried Stockley's complete lack of match practice/fitness will mean we need to wait a few weeks for him to get up to speed too. He certainly faded in the second half today but there again he was on his own dealing with punts out of defence so that might be a bit unfair on him. And he did make a goal and score one today.

Marquis was an unused sub for Millwall today, so I guess Ollie is looking at him as an option for himself at the moment.

Shamir Goodwin and Jayden Stockley have both had their loan periods extended for a further month.

Much prefer Labadie though.

He's a proper player.
