National League - Hartlepool v Torquay United - BT Sport - 31/10/20 - 5:20pm KO
Portugull said he couldn't remember a better hat-trick . Not to take anything away from Danny's clinical finishing yesterday but Andy Provan in a 3-0 win v Rochdale was the best I've seen since Robins day. A swerving volley from the edge of the box, a diving header and an exquisite chip from 18 yards. Incidentally for old(ish) fans, good to see Eddie Rowles playing in goal for Hartlepool yesterday,

A diving header - he was only 5'4"........
Knew him well as I played football with his sons....
Hence my slight bias that he's my fave player.

Thank you Dutchgull and Louis for your responses.
Dutchgull the site you mention is the one I always check. This is where I found we had won 5-0 on 16 occasions. However it did not differentiate between Home & Away.
So fascinating to learn from Louis that last night made a little piece of Torquay United history with our first ever Away win by 5 goals with a clean sheet. I did wonder, which is why I asked the question, because I certainly could not remember such a score line.
Amazing when you think last night was our 3,873 game in 86 seasons. It may never happen again!
