Worthing v Torquay United - Saturday 27th January 2024

After taking the lead through Tom Lapslie, we have capitulated (again) and are losing 3-1 at halftime.
Halstead and Marshall have been withdrawn because of injuries.......and so it goes on. As Comms on the TUFC radio said it is damage limitation now, it could be six or seven by 90 minutes.

Today for the first time in over 30 years supporting TUFC I couldn't even be bothered to turn on the radio comms, let alone go to the game. As someone who has quite literally planned their life around the fixture list in those 30 years it's struck me that this quite probably is the lowest point of my supporting tenure. Sad times.

You took the words right out of my mouth. Another pathetic powderpuff performance, tooany weak links. Another red card, so Moxey can have next week off.

Considering that if we make the play offs we will very likely have to face Worthing again I think it's safe to say we will still be in the NLS next season.
Time to make a change surely.

Can’t hold on to leads, can’t install discipline, can’t win away, can’t, install belief, can’t avoid relegation, can’t face the truth, can’t face the support, can’t be bothered
Can anyone tell me what this management team is capable of?

Well done Colorado only one to say 4-2 to Worthing.
Now Yeovil are miles ahead, Worthing are scoring lots of goals, Chelmsford have a mean defence, 27 conceded, Maidstone are big news we will be lucky to claim 5th Spot at best!

No doubt the Pro Johnson brigade will forward you an answer Dave .
The ill discipline is an absolute joke , bearing in mind we are down to bare bones. Totally unacceptable.
This ref had an awful game in the Home fixture, Johnson confronted at the end of the game , looking forward to his latest excuses NOT

Big congratulations to Maidstone but I wonder that will now be a distraction for them.

Yes, Maidstone may not just be big news if they plough their FA Cup income into their team to cement their playoff ambitions (although, having seen the highlights of the Ipswich match I don't think their team needs any bolstering).

It's a sad indictment that in this league we're clutching at straws in the hope of getting a play off place
