That's a big goal, it's vital we start the second half strongly though, not under pressure for 45 minutes.

All in all though, what a start for the new manager!

Tough decisions - still time though so hopefully we can grab another one or five.

BOOM!!!!!
Le them moan then. We've had the first half of the season playing rubbish backwards football and got nowhere. Let's see what a bit of ambition, positivity and urgency does instead. Can't be any worse. We've got ourselves 2 goals in front so now we just keep on doing what we have been doing second half and just try and concentrate. Do that and we win the game. We have a margin for error now which comes about now and again if you go bold. WELL DONE CHRIS AND THE LADS!!! JOB HALF DONE!! Bloody Accy winning! :@

Wow,is this the first time we've been 2-0 up this season?

And don't worry about other teams near the bottom - we should be looking at how teams near the play off places are doing, cos that's the way we're headed!

Opportunity for more Gulls goals to come. Let's go for them. Couldn't imagine that happening with Alan Knill still in charge..!!

Apparently it's a real low quality affair, just Wimbledon have been considerably worse. Frankly, that sums up League Two this season, and we have nothing to fear. If it's going to see us climb the table, I'll be pretty happy with more direct balls from the back, tireless industry in midfield, and finishing chances at the end of our more expansive moves.

Second half under way. Wimbledon made two half-time substitutions.

Haha, not at all! Just passing on what I've been told by someone at the game. No-one could turn us into world beaters within a week, and there's nothing negative about being two goals to the good!

New manager, optimism and a 2-0 lead at half time, and still there is a negative input

Pleasing state of affairs at half time. Who cares it it's low quality - too many times this season we've lost a low quality game so if we've suddenly got the ability and the luck to win one then that's an improvement.

Although it's a shame that Accy, Wycombe are winning, we can't have it all. All we can hope is that we can hang on, and results that see Northampton and York level and Mansfield and Bury losing stay that way. It would be nice to keep the pressure on a few clubs around us.
