When the servants start speaking out against their masters you know something has gone wrong. I suspect this means that GI's plans have hit the buffers, which may explain why no investment was made in the team. It may also mean that the council are not going to play ball with GI.
If this is the case then no doubt many will celebrate, but if GI then decide to walk away where does that leave TUFC?

If you remember Plainmoor78 GIL were very reluctant buyers of the Club and had it not been for Mr. Peter Masters I do not think the deal would have been done.
What we must do now is to concentrate 100% on backing Nicho and his team so we avoid relegation. Nothing else we can do for the next crucial 28 days but back our team.

So end of season scenario: Truro have no ground thus no club. Council give 2 fingers to GI. Masters takes over Torquayportugull wrote: ↑31 Mar 2017, 17:58 If you remember Plainmoor78 GIL were very reluctant buyers of the Club and had it not been for Mr. Peter Masters I do not think the deal would have been done.

Truro are to remain at Treyew Ground for the foreseeable future and having Bodmin's ground inspected anticipating a forced eviction in that future. You can follow this story on BTPIR in the Torquay United/Conference Football thread

That means there is absolutely no worth in the playing squad; not even in those who the fans like to think of as valuable.
Don't understand this? ! Obviously we are bust but we realise that I think. Merse are you now talking to yourself on someone else's site!

No; I'm reminding the deluded ones that we are entering the last hoorah for just about all of this squad plus the management.
It matters not whether they avoid relegation or not; they're contracts are up and they need to look to the future.......a future away from Plainmoor for just about all of them!

And these deluded ones only live over here do they?

Oh for ****'s sake stop being so touchy. It's a post on this site, so what's your problem about that?
