In England, an asset of community value is land or property of importance to a local community which is subject to additional protection from development under the Localism Act 2011.

Think it needs a legal guy to properly interpret it,the way I understood it In my layman's terms were that Plainmoor as things stand cannot be purchased as a free hold from the council and had to remain as a sporting venue.

Quite agree seem to remember a site near Paignton seafront that was left in trust by an elderly lady not to be ever built on but it was,laws can be changed when money is involved!

Solihull Moors Mr Osborne.

Out of sight at the bottom of the league earlier in the season.

They brought in Mark Yates / Tim Flowers combo. They are 2-0 up at home currently and about to go just 1 point off Barrow who are 5th bottom.

You brought in Gary Owers / Martin Kuhl combo and the club are 2-0 down currently and about to wave goodbye to their NL league status.

Solihull gave themselves a chance and wanted to survive.

Torquay gave themselves NO chance and wanted to get relegated.

WAKE UP TO THIS TORQUAY FANS!!!

I can’t go into too much detail, because of the other organisations involved, but a huge amount of money has already been spent on drainage of the speedway site and we find that there are still problems. We have a stadium packed up in sections in a car park in Port Talbot in South Wales, waiting to be transported to Swindon and erected.Clark Osborn statement, re Swindon stadium,probably the stadium provided courtesy of IKEA.
