Very important win, just 5 games left now, and two more points gained on Crawley. Hopefully Macclesfield could do us a favour tonight, although I doubt it very much.

Another 1-0 then!! Sounds like it could have been more though but that will do nicely!!

Roll on Monday, expecting a bit more of a sterner test but at least there's a bit of light between us and creepy. Just need Macc to do us a favour as well now...

15 points away from Crewe. If I've done my sums right I think that guarantees us a play-off position with 5 games left. Massive achievement!!!

Crawley and Southend both drop points. The table is looking very, very nice indeed....

Another win, 78 points, what a team we have! The performance wasn't great, but you get that at this stage of the season. Mark Ellis with the miss of the season, I still don't know how he missed that. 6 yards out, open goal and he smashes it right onto the bar, couldn't believe it. I didn't think the goal was going to come, but SUPER Rene Howe, with a left foot curler, scores!

It was great being in the away end, fantastic banter between fans. Shame about Accrington fans' geography though, they were singing "you're french and you know you are!!!" So then came the "Au Revoir" chants from the Yellow Army in the away end, when they were leaving  . It was a good job we were allowed in the away end, Plainmoor was pact and it was brilliant to see!

Come on boys, not long left now! Bring on Oxford on Monday (with some fans doing fancy dress  ). COYY! :scarf:

Accrington utterly, utterly dreadful, like watching a Conference side. Everything went straight up in the air or out of play. Wasted time from the very first whistle and got precisely what they deserved from the match. We could and ertainly should have had 4. Ellis missed two when it was easier to score and one other was missed disappointingly.

Our flair players weren't on song today, largely down to the bobbly pitch. Ellis didn't have his best game at either end, but nothing disastrous.

If we can slicken the pitch and get our passing back on song, bring on Southend.

Matt.
