I've got to say this, as much as Martin Ling has done a fantastic job with the team and I have no intention of seeing him leave us, but our team really is utterly clueless of how to subside pressure. We can defend well, but we seem to be incapable of turning a game back in our favour once the opposition have decided they really want a goal.
