I have just over $200k now. i recommend lots of races - even if you finish 6th out of 8 you're getting $2000, which is helpful. Also, nicking cars and selling them to the mod shop is helpful. You can't get $9,000 for one of the fancy land rover-looking types, although you can only do one every 45 minutes (that's a day in the game).

Not usually into the online stuff but this has been terrific. Getting a little pissed off with random people driving past and killing me for no reason though.
i've racked up $60k or so now from doing missions. I love how the offline characters play a part online too, like Trevor and Ron and that. Wondering if/when we meet Michael and Franklin too. Cannot wait to get the first bank heist opportunity though!

Will crack on to it tomorrow probably. If you want to add the 'other chap' his name is rasco47 I believe.
you really should join the social club - they give you a free sports car that is pretty nifty (an Elegy, it's called) and a garage. Although I don't need mine cos I paid $215k for an apartment with a 10-car garage the other day. I think you also get the sawn-off shotgun for free.

last night I spent a good hour just laughing because for some reason I was put on a server with 15 guys who seemed to know each other..and one of them randomly killed my while I was on the mobile phone thingy.

they were parking their fancy cars together and admiring them (i think) so i just chucked a couple of grenades their way and blew up 4 or 5 of them. So that was fun.

of course, all of them then started chasing me around trying to kill me, but it was hilarious and i managed to take a few of them down with me.

Oi, Blaggard - if that is your real name...

I have requested an invite to our 'crew' and have been waiting for a week. I am most upset.

I think you have to add me on the social club thingy first. I finally saw the request you sent (didn't get an email), so i tried adding you on social club.

i might just make the Crew open so you can basically add yourself. I can always remove undesirables later (rasco47, heh)

I've accepted it now. Next up, the world.

Don't make it open - this is a very exclusive club that can only be used by the very best gamers... I will get Rasco on to it tomorrow.

Hahahaha! HappyTorq that video is so cringey. Basically listening to a guy get aroused by a bunch of pixels. T-riffic. :/

Has anyone else dabbled on Assassin's Creed's latest adventure? Here's what I thought of it...

Not sure if this is the right forum, or if I missed a thread on this. Apologies if that is the case.

Is anyone else playing this? Apart from Torquay having blue shorts, it is very good.

I'm not doing very well though, although better than Alan Knill :-/

It's Christmas, just beat Exeter 3-1 and my main signing was David Healy upfront. Elliott Benyon is a goal machine in it and has 17 goals. As in real life Karl Hawley is ineffective.

There's a thread on the off topic bit for this I think, but for the record on mine Knill lost in the play off final against Oxford in his first season...

I've been terrible in my Torquay campaign. Benyon doesn't score for me anyway.
