Final Game - North Ferriby @ 12:15

Here we go then, as I stated on another thread its my first game for a while and as I also said I can see some many similarities to our original, real great escape on the last game of the season vs Crewe, which is coming up for the 30th anniversary in the next week or so. That was my first game ever and today feels like starting over again. Lets just hope for a similar outcome.
I'm going for 2-1 to us. It wouldnt be TUFC if we didnt make hard work of it.
One of my overriding memories of that day vs Crewe was the popside singing what has always been my favorite TUFC song. Dad told me it was our anthem, I dont know how true that was but it surely felt like it then. Indeed man were singing it with tears rolling down their cheeks that day. I would dearly love to hear it today because with all the off field adversity and uncertainty adding to the struggles on the pitch, never before have the words seemed so apt and fitting.
You are my torquay, my only torquay, you make me happy when skies are grey, you'll never know, just, how much i love you, SO DONT TAKE MY TORQUAY AWAY.
(laa, laa, - laaaa, - la, la, - laa, laa, - laaaa, - la, la. - la,la,la,la,la, - la,la,la,la....).
