Paul Jones

Post by hector »

Utterly guess work, but seeing as he has been released by Exeter - which was on the cards for some time - and I know he was on loan at Peterborough but I don't know if he has signed for them or not. However, if not, he would have been at Leyton Orient when Ling was manager. I think Inglethorpe brought Jones to Exeter from Orient's youth team.

Therefore, I am putting 2 + 2 together and coming up with who knows.

No chance at all.

I suspect he'll return to Peterborough, we were all impressed with him there and our first choice keeper (who had a mare of a season) is unlikely to stay.

My understanding from someone in Peterborough is that Paul Jones is currently on holiday and plans to sign for Posh when he returns. There seems to be a number of clubs trawling around for decent keepers and we are in the unenviable position of needing two!

Thankfully there do seem to be a number about. Maybe we could get Marcus Hanneman and Jason Brown!

That guitarist looks like he's smoked most of his garden.

He's signed for Peterborough today.

He played very well at the end of last season, hopefully he'll be our first choice keeper!

I'll tell Barry to sell Joe Lewis to Torquay though ;-)

I wish someone would come around and smoke my garden. The weed and grass is neck high and I can't see the back gate, let alone venture down the path and exit it. :O
