Well, Dave and 'Teeboo' that settles it for me.

McPhee, Saah and now Rice, I don't want to sound negative, but what was it we were saying recently about Buckle's lack of contacts and looking to the past?

Matt.

I think it's a very reasonable signing. He's here as backup to Olly and will be cheap. Let's wait and see if he's now matured as I expect before slagging him off.

Not unhappy. Right now, any signing is a good signing, because you just never know how a guy will perform for any given team.

Dave - I was pretty sure you are far from his biggest fan from previous posts you have made?

You know what im actually happy with Martin as Back up.
When i worked down truro and seen a few of there games when playing local sides near my home, he has improved loads.
He is not the keeper we all remember back in the day, even though he wasnt that bad then.
Playing first team football in some physical leagues it has to be said has done him a lot of good, He wont be as good as Bobby, but if we need to turn to him for a game id be happy to let him step in. He will suprise a few people thats for sure.

By all accounts, he has improved a bit since he left us and frankly I don't think he'll be a bad back up. With any luck he'll only play maybe a few games this season and as long as he can manage 4 games without being a bag of w*nk, I'll be happy.

I guess we will bring in loan cover in should Bobby get crook and he does love and value the club (thats my best attempt at being positive!). Hope we have not given him 2 years though.
