Banned from Fridays game v Port Vale?. He picked up his 5th yellow against Plymuff. I can't find any reference to it, anywhere.

Bad news there. I'd like to see Morris start in the middle Friday night I think he's better suited the middle of the park rather than being used as a winger on the left.

When we first signed him all the Chesterfield fans/others who had seen him said that he was a good centre midfielder but pretty poor on the Wing. So I'd like to see him given a chance there...Besides I think he's our best option for when O'Kane is unavalible attacking wise.

Although you dont want him suspended I would rather be out friday and available for Sheffield instead.

Agreed!! Sheff United will be a lot tougher than the game Friday!!
Although a decent cup run would be nice, I suppose it's better to be concentrating on the league....

Argee with Alexgulls, Morris is the only opition for Eunan, the one thing Morris can do is pick a pass, in fact he is an intelligent passer, certainly no winger, was it not Morris to stuck a slide rule pass throught Rene at Chesterfield.
Certainly no O'kane, however Morris could do a good job in his adsense.

Indeed it was Morris who played in Rene at Chesterfield. I think he'd do a job in the centre of midfield. He certainly isnt a winger.

i'd play McPhee. Led to believe the attacking central midfield role is where he plays his best football. Well that's the opening in the side so would be the obvious replacement.

Are you on crack? We'd be better off letting Ricey have a go, at least he can actually strike a ball. There are a number of options ahead of starting McPhee (who I was perfectly willing to support upon his return, nothing against the lad, just not what I'd call a footballer), which, embarrassingly, include playing the match with 10 men.
Alex,
I did not know this about Morris, I was under the impression that he was a winger by trade.

McPhee and Ling said his best position was central midfield, attacking central midfield. Surely the most logical thing to do would be play McPhee in his strongest position as a replacement, rather than shifting Morris inside where he might not be comfortable. Otherwise there truly is no point in having McPhee around in all honesty.
