presentation looked okay, Beckham's story with his Grandad seemed a bit desperate to me.

it's known that FIFA hates the english game. My money is on Spain/Portugal.

lets hope i'm wrong

It won't change, it will still be Shipscreek without a paddle. :red:

If the FA develop Plainmoor? :O

They'll have to demolish the school, all the houses back to Bronshill, St,Marychurch Road and Cary Park. :O

the stadia russia have planned look impressive but most are all 40,000-50,000 capacity, but we have those anyway without having to build a thing, old trafford, city of manc, anfield, emirates etcc.

anybody seen the England presentation??

so far we've had:

"I used to sell ho'z for crack on the streetz. Now I don't pop no cracker muthafuckaz because of Football in the Community"

"Lot's of starving Africans"

"Arsenals training ground is quite good"

The funny thing about the poor-black-guy-didn't-shoot-anyone-because-of-football type thing is that sitting in the room are some of the biggest crooks, who pocketed $20m and refuse to give it back, from funds meant to fund grassroots football in some of the worlds poorest countries.

As if they **** care.

We have been knocked out in the first round! how embarrassing this is for not just England but for the football of England.

Am I the only football fan who isn't bothered that we didn't get it? Our FA are incompetant and desperately needed it to help pay off the ridiculously high bill for the National Stadium, a stadium that (IMHO) should never have been built where it is.
Ticket prices for Euro '96 were obscene, £40ish to see Denmark and Croatia at Hillsborough (so I didn't go) and as usual all Englands matches were played in London out of reach to the majority of the country who have to work the day after a game.
My only thoughts on it are the kick off times might clash with work, Moscow being 2 hours ahead of us during BST means the games may be on at 1pm unless they have evening kick offs for the Eurpean TV market.
