i for one think the new OS has finally sorted itself out, there are updates every day and simple precise well written articles and some good pictures, teething trouble thats all

anyway, we have three traillists that should be playing at bideford tonight

link here :- http://www.torquayunited.com/news/artic ... 89933.aspx" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

the three are

george artemi, who played at tiverton in PSF the other day http://uk.soccerway.com/players/george-artemi/84819/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
carl baker, left winger/midfield http://uk.soccerway.com/players/carl-baker/51122/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;
jerel ifil, six years at swindon, central defender http://uk.soccerway.com/players/jerel-ifil/51141/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

Are you sure that is the right Carl Baker? Says his youth career was at Liverpool and still contracted to Coventry?

If so he looks a very decent! as does the CB really as a back-up player.

Carl Baker could be a good one to sign, and Ifil could hopefully be good centre back-up

it could be another Carl Baker - who i think is from Torbay area, who went to bournemouth as a youth....

there's also another lad from Caernarfon, where Nathan Craig came from, playing tonight.

@nathancraig11: Good luck to @CoryWilliams95 tonight, playing for Torquay Youths! Pob lwc met!

A youth team trial - not the first team friendly so both must have a game tonight?

Good luck to him anyway!

Jerel Ifil was absolutely terrible for us. Infact, I'd go as far to say he's one of the worst 5 footballers I've seen in my 15 years supporting the gas. Don't think there's any chance you'll sign him.

Jerel Ifil would be a good shout. Was once quite highly rated, not sure where it went wrong for him but would represent an experienced head to have as back up.

I seriously doubt whether the Carl Baker would be the regular from coventry though!

I think it's probably Karl Baker who is trialling with us. A local lad and a prolific goalscorer with the "famous" Wheel Power in Sunday League football.

A left wing triallist would suggest to me almost as confirmation that Craig and/or Morris will be featuring in a more central role this season

Haha, that link for Karl Baker has got to be a wind up. 37 goals in 6 games and didn't win a single MOTM award. Playing teams actually called Dog n Duck, winning 23-0 etc.

Matt.

It is definitely the local Karl Baker. Was awarded a 6 week trial, and it a couple of weeks into it. He's a cracking player at a local level, but it remains to be seen whether he could step up to League 2.

Jerel Ifil could be an interesting one though, experienced, but lost his way a bit by the sounds of it. If anyone can get the best out of him, I'd back Lingy to do that.
