New keeper hinted at being lined up according to the Herald:

Currently with the Daggers and back-up there to their number 1. only 20 so a good age and perhaps one we think we can develop.
Don't know a great deal about him but I am pleased it looks like we are aiming for two pro keepers.

Inevitable Bournemouth link.

AFCB connection jumps out of his playing history. I rather hope this indicates that we're hoping or expecting Lavercombe to depart for greener pastures sooner rather than later.

why are we hoping he is going elsewhere ? he's 1 year into a 2 year youth contract. If your expecting him to leave, your wide of the mark

Alright, touchy, unbunch those panties. He's a valuable asset and, if he's going to leave eventually, he might as well leave sooner rather than later so we can spend the extra lolly on a goalscorer who is ready today, rather than being tied up in a keeper we can't use until 2017.

Not touchy at all, just a response to a stupid comment

Yeah, must be stupid, after all, players never leave if they've got time left on their contact...

According to HE Seabright has been signed. Is good enough to be a Number 1 says CH so a good challenge for Rice.

Welcome aboard Jordan
Some money saved and a decent young keeper to develop and push Rice to maintain form.
Hopefully the right choice to help bring in better players in key positions

Good news. With Poke and Manse leaving in quick succession and some of the less glamorous positions already filled with cheaper replacements, I guess the next big signing in will be one or two of the strikers we have on trial. Just a shame that it's unlikely to happen until after we've seen a couple of PSFs and the "mystery" of their respective identities is, well, demystified.
Matt.

“Jordan is a good young ‘keeper who will give real competition to Martin Rice for the No.1 spot, and he’s had enough experience so that he could go straight into the first team if needed,†said Hargreaves.
