Great signing. Consistent scorer at this level.
No place for Yeoman then?
With Bowman, Marsh, Pyrnn and now Fairhurst will be interesting if he gets a deal!

Another satisfactory signing IMO. Of course the proof of the pudding is in the eating and keeping it down.
So far so go in respect to what's happened in such a short spell and I appreciate this "can't wait" attitude from the player. Will be interesting to see how Well things start and if there's a understandable "give it time" spell compared to how much time some were prepaired to allow Hargreaves. Not expecting too much (well maybe just a bit in the FA cup as I would like us to reach the semi finals at least) but shaping up to be an interesting next season.

Expect Yeoman will be gutted if he is released after scoring 9 in the friendlies so far, and having been touted as the best finisher at the club.
Maybe no place for Bowman !!!!!!

dont see bowman not starting, 17 goals last season in a poor team.

12 from 37 in the league though RR. Around one in three isnt a bad ratio (roughly the same as Hawley in probably a more struggling team) but im not convinced the "new regime" will suit him. Wouldnt be totally suprised if he moves, assuming someone is interested in him? Would ease the budget somewhat.
Added in 2 minutes 31 seconds:
You would like to think that a "pro" should have no problem converting chances given the level of opposition (no offence intended to Galmpton or Dartmouth). I would read more into how he does against teams around our level.Gloomy Gull wrote:Expect Yeoman will be gutted if he is released after scoring 9 in the friendlies so far, and having been touted as the best finisher at the club. 5 strikers would seem profligate given our circumstances though?
Apathy Rules...............it's ok though, nobody's that fussed about it........

Thanks russiangull forgot about him
Does seem very harshly yeoman if he misses out

Is Prynn actually a striker? I thought he was a midfielder. Anyway, If we're playing 2 up then we'll need 5 strikers in the squad so still room for Yeoman yet.
I remain open and will reserve judgement but this is the first signing I am not so excited about. 97 league starts at 26 is very low, especially considering the levels he's been playing at. Although he did seem to play nearly every game for Macclesfield last season and scored 13...

Speaking to a couple of lads who are Macclesfield fans and they said he's a great player and carried there team for much of the season also found out he got the most assists in the league last season with 16 exciting signing IMO :~D

yes i see what your saying russian but i think he has more goals in him if the team around come up with the goods, but you may well be correct when you say he might not fit in with the new regimes plans. i suppose time will tell.
