Russian gull what did Spiess do wrong today.. what ..just breathe? Are you sure you were at the game?
I hate this .. we have a decent player that some just font want to applaude.. almost just wanting him to fail... wake up smell the coffee

Gullable, you're a plank. MOTM is subjective, how many times at plainmoor is motm awarded and everyone scratches their heads?

You question whether we were at the game... were you at the game? I took 3 with me, a Lincoln fan, a Spaniard and my Dad. In our collective opinion Spiess cost us the game, 1-0 down we were still in it, 2-0 heads down and game over. How many saves did he make in 2nd half? Not many. He was so out of position for the 2nd goal and could do little but flap at it. He didn't make my top 5, nor taxilady's nor Super's, but that doesn't mean we want him to fail.

Russian Gull firstly no need for name calling this is supposed to be an adult forum. Secondly Yes I was at the game yesterday, thirdly as for their second goal a long deep cross beyond the 6 yrd area,our 6ft 5 Centre half should surely have been able to cope with that and out jump Reid? Spiess did not come and flap at it. Finally in your own words MOTM is subjective, and on this point I fully agree with you, so why do you open your answer and make comment on other peoples opinions? The thread is who was your man of the match not who was not your man of the match. Out of 6 postings so far for MOTM Spiess has appeared in 3 of them.by my reckoning that's 50% so far. Like you say its subjective. No need to make comment on others opinion in this thread. Enough said

Haha RussianGull, how can you say Spiess cost us the game? Ex cost us the game! Spiess made some handy saves in the second half and kept us in it if anything!

I could query another name on people's top 5 motm but if I did that Gullable would go into melt down.. ha
