I am sure it has been but as of midday Friday we have only had one addition added to a paper thin squad. It would appear (at least from the outside) that the best laid plans have gone somewhat tits up!

The (incomplete) bench we had last week probably cost us as up to the point where they refreshed (and we simply were unable to) we were on-top. To be honest it is a bit of a joke that we allowed ourselves to get in that state by letting players go before the Jan window opened but there was a certain leniency from supporters as it was anticipated things would have been lined up and only needed finalising to rectify this. We have not even learned if Wright's loan will be extended as the Herald has reported this was "in the balance".

Make no mistake - the next couple of games are massive and (as we speak currently) it seems very much like we will be unprepared for them.

I think we need to get Keohane signed up and get him in the squad for the weekend, could be a decent impact sub.

I think we pray for rain!

Seems like more time's needed to confirm new signings (Nathan Blisset?) so get the hose out!

Home games called off = no income which = less chance of signings.

Tbf for all we know, there might be a couple finalised by tomorrow morning. Hopeful I know but possible.

still looking very short on numbers for tomorrow's game, worryingly no options from the bench again!

I see on WBA site Andre Wright scored a hat trick today in an under 21 friendly against Kidde.
Could he be a sub for them in FA Cup Tom or did he play for us in FA cup?
Great for Andre but might it hinder a return?

Someone else will snap Andre up now.
